ABOUT
WHO AM I?
Hi, my name is Tyrel Oshinowo. Born and raised in Chelsea, I started drawing when I was about 5 years old.
I would do quick cartoon-like sketches of my own characters, or sketches of my friends, and pretended they were in a football game like Pro Evolution Soccer or Fifa, games I used to play as a kid. I then moved on to painting once I got to Secondary school.
I still enjoy gaming, my favourites are Street Fighter, Tekken, Fifa and Sonic Unleashed.
My work
Most of the works I produce are of people and places, but really enjoy producing Fan Art pieces too, which means I can incorporate one of my other loves; Anime.
I use traditional media such as Acrylic, Oil, Watercolour, Pencil, and Pastel, and Digital media in (almost) equal measure. I enjoy using a variety of materials to create pieces and want to be known as an artist who is versatile.
My work has been showcased at the Parallax Art Fair in the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea, and seasonal open-air markets across the borough of Hammersmith & Fulham.
